I help clients at all levels develop healthy lifestyle principles, get in shape and achieve their fitness goals. I believe in falling in love with taking care of yourself - body, mind and soul.

I'm an Experienced, Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Personal Trainer and Healthy Lifestyle Coach with Advanced Training in Weight Management who's passionate about human movement.

I teach multiple group fitness formats, and offer personal training + healthy lifestyle coaching + private yoga sessions.

My movement passions are aqua fitness, cardio boxing and dancing, roller skating, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, strength and resistance training and practicing yoga.

I encourage learning and trying new things. I invite clients to explore a variety of physical activities. There are so many forms of human movement. You're bound to find what moves you!

For the past 27 years I've been teaching group fitness classes. Teaching requires training.
