Yoga on the beach is a fabulous way to find your flow state. Align your mind and body with your feet in the sand (and water).
This well navigated yoga practice by the sea will leave you feeling illuminated. All yoga levels are welcome.
We meet in Half Moon Bay. We leave only footprints. Bring your own yoga mat, beach towel and water bottle. Don't forget to wear sunscreen. Class is $15 per person. Pay Nicole-Wargo by Venmo or cash.

My workouts include motivational music, body weight exercises, low + moderate + high intensity intervals, lifting weights and swinging kettlebells. You will get stronger.

Aqua Fitness (also known as water aerobics) greatly reduces impact on your body while exercising. It can be done in shallow or deep water. It's a challenging workout that incorporates cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. Water provides natural resistance. Twelve times the resistance of air to be exact. You can workout with intensity without impact. Equipment is optional.
Aqua Yoga compliments any exercise routine perfectly. What is aqua yoga?
Simply said, it's practicing yoga in the water. It's a complete yoga practice that includes āsana (practicing yoga poses), breathing and floating meditation.

Flight requires lift. I will teach you how to lift off and up with control. You'll learn the right foundational yoga poses to practice to help you on your inversion journey. You'll leave having a clear "flight plan".
