Downward Dog pose is the first inversion we meet when practicing yoga. In this pose our head goes down and our tail goes up. It's a yoga foundation pose that helps build strength and endurance for going toes up.
Inversion poses used to terrify me!

With my plan, practice, focus and a sense of playfulness --- I learned to do them confidently.
Now, I teach others to overcome their fear of going toes up. Come fly with me!
