Aqua Fitness (also known as water aerobics) greatly reduces impact on your body while exercising. It can be done in shallow or deep water. It's a challenging workout that incorporates cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. Water provides natural resistance. Twelve times the resistance of air to be exact. You can workout with intensity without impact. Equipment is optional.

Aqua Yoga compliments any exercise routine perfectly. What is aqua yoga?

Simply said, it's practicing yoga in the water. It's a complete yoga practice that includes āsana (practicing yoga poses), breathing and floating meditation.
